Programme
Our student care programme is student-centred and focused on the individual needs, interests, and abilities of every student. We offer a safe and supervised environment for students after school hours.. It ensures that students have a conducive place to study, do homework, and engage in various mental and physical-wellbeing activities.
These approaches and practices are aim to create a nurturing and stimulating environment, promoting their overall development and preparing them for future learning.
Empowering Students towards Self-Directed Learning
We create a student-centred learning environment that focuses on the interests and needs of students to promote learner independence and instill a love for learning. Our educators provide guidance and support and tap into the student's intrinsic motivation, ownership of learning, critical thinking, adaptability, and curiosity. These elements help them to develop essential skills for self-directed learning and a passion for acquiring knowledge that can extend beyond formal education and continue throughout one's life.
In align with the school's values, Ace's approach in the programme progressively develops the students in their varies needs such as Integrity, Passion for Learning, Respect for all, Pursuit of Excellence, and Share and Care.
Our Character Development Programme exposes students to rich learning experiences that help them reflect on the choices that they make. It aims to develop students with a strong foundation in essential values for lifelong learning.
It involves the teaching of school values, social-emotional competencies, and the ability to make good choices and internalise them. The Ace @ Work student is identified with positive behaviours and attitudes towards the ways of life, stress management, and eco-stewardship.

Our Outdoor Programme develops children in all areas. In addition to building their gross and fine motor skills, children also learn to communicste, interact and build relartionships with others.
The Outdoor Programme incorporates a huge variety of planned, structured sports and games which allow children to forge friendships and build character values while having fun in the process.
This programme is aligned with MOE’s “Healthy Origins and Firm Foundations Programme”
Our Enrichment Programme provides a range of enrichment activities in 5 areas:
- Life Lessons through Current Affairs (Reading & Writing)
- Values infused Speech & Drama
- Music Making with Recycled Materials
- Ace Kitchen: Health & Nutrition
- Art & Sustainability in Craft.
It aims to equip children with 21st century skills and competencies, nurture Eco-Stewardship and strengthen mental-wellbeing for the holistic development of children.
During June and December holidays, at least one guided excursion is provided to places of educational interest in Singapore, such as Science Centre Singapore, Qian Hu Fish Farm, Singapore Zoological Gardens and more.
Excursions to educational venues are conducted to enrich the children’s educational journey, promote personal growth, foster cultural appreciation, and create lasting memories. It provides a holistic learning experience that complements classroom teachings and equips students with essential life skills.
Nutritious, well-balanced and Halal meals are freshly prepared in our central kitchen every morning. Vegetarian lunch is also available on request. All meals are HPB Endorsed and aligned with Health Promotion Board (HPB)'s healthy eating guidelines.
Here are the key features of our lunch meals:

Brown rice is the preferred source of carbohydrates

Fresh cut fruits are served as desserts every day

All food is braised, steamed or baked, there is no deep-fried food items in the menu

All meals are well-balanced and nutritious, incorporating the four main food groups – brown rice, whole meal bread, meat, vegetables and fruit
Through education and the provision of healthy meals, we hope to champion healthy eating and inculcate the habit of eating a balanced diet among children.
Ace @ Work is an appointed Administrator of SCFA Subsidies. SCFA is available for students who require assistance to pay for Student Care fees. The amount of subsidies is dependent on household income, household size, and the fees charged by SCC. Subsidies will be applied to Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) through Ace @ Work SCC.
Please refer to MSF website for more information on the levels of assistance and estimation of your monthly fees after subsidy.
Full fees will be collected from parents and refunded after subsidy has been approved.
